We were rescued by Timber Ridge on a recent trip to pick up a piano. We had a breakdown in what seemed like the middle of nowhere. I was scared to death but Lance was professional and polite. He fixed an electrical issue on a very difficult to work on vehicle (it was a big van with a piano in the back!) I wish we lived closer so I could hire him to do more of our service - he's so much better than the shops where I live.
On a recent road trip, I broke down on a Saturday night with a check-engine light and couldn't go more than 5 mph. The Timber Ridge service truck arrived within minutes and sourced an engine coil pack which was replaced quickly.
